All items purchased from AISLING WALLACE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by AISLING WALLACE itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting AISLING WALLACE, you agree that the laws of the country of Ireland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AISLING WALLACE or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to AISLING WALLACE or to products you purchase through AISLING WALLACE shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ireland, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate AISLING WALLACE’s intellectual property rights, AISLING WALLACE may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Ireland, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to AISLINGWALLACE.COM. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

ON LINE ORDERS:

Credit card details can be accepted via our secure portal or can be taken over the phone.  We will not keep your credit card details and we destroy these details once your transaction has been completed.
AISLING WALLACE will never  disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. All payment processing is handled by PAYPAL.

DELIVERY & RETURNS:

Post and packaging costs are included free of charge and are shipped via Irish registered post.  Please note orders must be signed for on delivery.  All items come in a velvet lined box designed to store and protect.
We are happy to ship worldwide.  Please contact us for international post & packing charges.
There is no problem in returning items to us  providing the jewellery is in it’s original condition. Prior to sending the item back to us, please contact us at info@aislingwallace.com within 7 days of receipt of the item so we can provide you with a Returns Reference Number (RRN). Return postage is paid for by the customer.   Please return the item in the original box within 30 days for a full refund.  We cannot accept returned goods outside of this time. Once we have received the item we will issue a refund. Please note that commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

All prices are quoted in Euros  and  prices include  Irish VAT at 23%. When shipping items outside of the EU, we are not responsible for import duties or relevant local.
