RETURNS:

There is no problem in returning items to us  providing the jewellery is in it’s original condition. Prior to sending the item back to us, please contact us at info@aislingwallace.com within 7 days of receipt of the item so we can provide you with a Returns Reference Number (RRN). Return postage is paid for by the customer.   Please return the item in the original box within 30 days for a full refund.  We cannot accept returned goods outside of this time. Once we have received the item we will issue a refund. Please note that commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
